In Grade 5, it has been an exciting week for the play since we all know our parts now! We are starting to get very comfortable with the first couple songs.
In Grade 4, we played a more difficult version of the game we played last week. This week's activity introduced sixteenth notes.
In Grade 3, we have started trying to earn our white belt for our first song "Hot Cross Buns." With the remaining time at the end, we started the yellow belt, "Fais Do Do."
In Grade 2, we learned about quarter notes, eighth notes, and sixteenth notes. We played a rhythm game using these rhythms to get some extra practice.
In Grades K-1, we learned two new games. We first learned "Bow Wow Wow," which is a fun singing game that also uses hand motions. After we learned a circle game called, "Dinah." This is a great game with a catchy tune that we had a lot of fun with this week.
